Terms of Service

Validor helps you track anything with an expiry date — passports, IDs, licences, visas, permits, insurance, inspections, certifications and more — and reminds you before each deadline, for yourself, your family, or your business.

Reminders are a helpful aid, not a guarantee. Always double-check official requirements and deadlines with the issuing authority. Validor is not responsible for missed renewals, fines, or any loss caused by a date being wrong, incomplete, or missed.

You need an account to use Validor. Give us an accurate email address and keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity in your account. Accounts are for people aged 16 and over.

If you add documents belonging to a child — a child's passport, student visa or vaccination record — you confirm you are their parent, guardian, school or employer and have the authority to do so.

The free plan lets you track up to 3 documents for 1 person, with standard reminder presets. No credit card needed.

Premium unlocks unlimited documents and people, custom document types, flexible reminders, recurring renewals with history, document photos, and encrypted backup. Premium costs $5 per month or $40 per year, and both plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly — until you cancel.

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Because Premium is a digital service you start using immediately, payments already made are generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong with a charge, email us and we will make it right. The documents, people and details you add belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you. You can export all of your data, or delete your account and everything in it permanently, from Settings at any time.

Don't misuse Validor: no trying to break in, no reselling access, no using it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

We work hard to keep Validor available and fast, but the service is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms as the product evolves — if a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect.
