Good to know
Is my data safe?
Your account data is private to you and protected by access rules. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and never sell your data. You can export everything or permanently delete your account in Settings.
What happens after the trial?
Premium starts with 7 free days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged — and you keep the free plan for up to three documents either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings at any time — future charges stop immediately and you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends. Premium is $5 a month or $40 a year, with no setup fees or hidden charges. See our Refund policy for full details.
Can I track things other than documents?
Yes. Choose Custom to track any date that matters to you.
Can my family, team or school use it?
Yes. Choose Personal, Company or School when you sign up. Add family members, employees, teachers, students, vehicles, branches or buildings as people within your account. Separate logins and shared access aren't available yet.
Does it work for a school?
Yes. A School account suggests the right document types — teaching licenses, first-aid certificates, background checks, accreditation, safety inspections and student visas — and calls your list "Staff, students & facilities".
Can I install it on my phone?
Yes. Open validor.net on your phone, tap Install app, and follow the short steps — it lands on your home screen like a normal app, with no app store needed. On iPhone use Safari's Share button and choose Add to Home Screen.
