Refund Policy

Every Premium subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. You keep the free plan — up to 3 documents for 1 person — for as long as you like.

• Premium Monthly — $5 per month
• Premium Yearly — $40 per year

Prices are shown before you pay. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no extra cost per document or per person.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Profile and security, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves back to the free plan. Your documents are never deleted when you cancel.

Premium is a digital service you can use straight away, so payments already made are generally non-refundable. That said, we will refund you in full in these cases:

• You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period.
• You were charged by mistake and tell us within 14 days of the charge.
• Validor was unusable for a long stretch of your paid period because of a fault on our side.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Email hello@validor.net from the email address on your Validor account, tell us the date of the charge and what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours and sort it out quickly.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Your card details go directly to them and are never seen or stored by Validor. See our Terms for the full billing terms.
